We started as short-notice movers in HRM and grew into long-distance runs across the Maritimes and into Quebec and Ontario. Same rule the whole way: no surprises.
Why we built it this way
Two things worry people about moving day: will they show up, and where is my stuff. Most moving websites answer neither. They ask you to fill in a quote form, wait for a call, and hope. We built the whole company around answering both before you've spoken to anyone.
Two things nobody else in Halifax does
You can hold a date online, right now, without a callback. Our calendar is wired straight to our dispatch system, so what it shows is what we have. Tap a day and it's yours. No payment until a person has confirmed the details with you.
You can see where your things are on a move to another province. The truck carries a GPS unit, and the move sends milestone texts named to real places along the route. On a two-day run to Montreal you get a text when the truck stops for the night and another when it rolls at six. Here's what those texts look like.
What a move with us looks like
The crew arrives at the time we agreed and loads every item on the list. Beds and tables come apart, boxes go to the rooms they're labelled for at the other end. If anything is damaged, the claims page says exactly what to do and when.
Everything else is what a good mover should do anyway: a trained two-person crew, a clean 15 ft truck, blankets and straps, and your building's elevator and dock windows planned before move day.
