What we collect
When you book: your name, phone number, email, the addresses you're moving between, what you're moving, and how we get into each building. When you text us: the messages and any photos or video you send. On move day: the truck's GPS position, which is ours, not yours.
Why
To do the move. Your phone number is used to confirm the booking and send move-day milestone texts; you can reply STOP to any message and they end. Your addresses are used to plan the route and price the job. Photos and video are used to quote the move and, where the crew takes them, to document the loaded truck and anything flagged as fragile.
Who sees it
Our office, the crew assigned to your move, and the services we run the business on: our dispatch system, our texting provider, our payment processor, and our accounting software. Each holds only what it needs. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how people find and use this site. No booking details are sent to them. You can block these with any standard browser setting or extension and the site still works.
How long we keep it
Booking records, photos and messages are kept for as long as a damage claim could arise, and for the period accounting law requires. Ask and we'll delete what we're not obliged to keep.
