From "we should book movers" to "they're here", step by step.
Four stages. The first one takes 90 seconds. The last one is a text that says the truck is ten minutes out.
1. Hold your date 90 seconds
Pick a day from the live calendar. Tap where you're moving from and to. Tap the closest home size. Tell us how we get in at each end. That's it — your slot is off the calendar and you get a text with a slot number. No payment, no callback.
2. Get a firm price 60 seconds on your phone
We text you a private upload link. Walk room to room, including closets and the balcony, say what stays and what goes, and send it. Within four business hours you get one number instead of a range, and $15 comes off. Skip this and your booking still stands on the estimated range.
3. We confirm and prep before move day
The office confirms the crew, the arrival window and the price by text. Once your move is confirmed, we collect a deposit before we proceed. Two days before, you get a reminder with the crew's names. The morning of, you get their ETA.
4. Move day on time
A text when the crew is on the way and when they arrive. Moving to another province, or to Sydney? You also get a text from named towns along the route, and the link in each opens a live map. See what that looks like →

Arrive on time
You get an ETA the morning of and a text when the crew leaves for your address. The clock starts at your door.
Walk it with you
What's going, what's staying, what needs care. Anything on your heads-up list gets the right gear and a plan.
Load it properly
Blankets, straps and stacking so nothing shifts. On long routes the truck is locked and stays with the crew overnight.
Set up, sign off
Beds reassembled, boxes in the rooms they're labelled for, a walkthrough with you, and a signature on your phone.

Booking questions
Reply to any of our texts or call. Before the move is confirmed, changes are free. After you have paid the deposit, you can still change the date if we have the new one open. If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded.

The office during booking and confirmation, and the dispatch system on move day, with the crew's names on it. Every message comes from one number and you can reply to any of them.
It holds the crew and the truck for your date once the move is confirmed. It is $100 for a job quoted under $1,000, or 10% of the quote for anything larger, and it comes off your final bill. We ask for it after confirmation, never in the form. It is not refunded if you cancel.
